I'm enjoying and loving baking at the same time. There's tad more to learn and execute as compared to pastry class. Trying my best to think 3 minutes ahead, I know that I need to be pushed. Chef Marc makes me laugh all the time. & today Chef Travor totally gave me a shock to my 17 years alive. LOL
3 more days to the end of operation ... oh man. Now i wish I have many more days. Next week gonna be rough but I'm not helping myself by lazing now. Yet to draw my time line, yet to study for the 100 qns. Oh crap, somebody slaughter those bugs in me please.
